Stephen Petitpas (born November 14, 1957 in Soest, Germany), is an Canadian professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, "Big" Stephen Petitpas.
[edit] The Youngster & The Beginning
His father being in the Canadian military, Petitpas was born in Germany but he grew up in a French household in Shediac, New Brunswick. Petitpas lived in a small Acadian house with a professional wrestler, the well-known Emile Duprée, living across the street. Petitpas would watch Emile Duprée train in his backyard. By the time he was thirteen and forteen, he was putting up the ring for Emile. By the age of 15 he was 6'3" and weighed 220 pounds and Petitpas refereed some matches for Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling (AGPW), Emile's famous wrestling promotion. When some wrestlers quit AGPW, Emile asked Stephen to wrestle. Thus he began his career.
