Just a note - calling Sears a resident of Stewartville is sort of a joke.
He was born there, and his family to another town probably before he was potty trained.
... and I promise ya - the proximity to the little Rochester (should be called the Stewartville) Airport has nothing to do with the towns growth. If anything, that is a hinderance to growth as the type of people that move into the bedroom communites that work at Mayo or IBM do not want to live under planes flying in.
