Stubbs Road
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Stubbs Road (司徒拔道) connects Happy Valley and The Peak area on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, through an area near the Wong Nai Chung Gap. It goes through a residential area of luxurious high-rise tower blocks.
The road is named after the former Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Reginald Edward Stubbs. Stubbs Road is a prime example of the city's "cultural diversity": the world's tallest residential building Highcliff and the historical Chinese style building, King Yin Lane, are situated on this road.
