Supriya Pathak

Supriya Pathak (DOB: January 7, 1961) is an Indian actress hailing from a long line of performers. She is famous for her role in the Indian sitcom Khichdi and idhar-udhar.

Supriya Pathak is daughter of Dina Pathak, a well known character actress famous for acting out mother and grand-mother during 1980's and 1990's. Her sister Ratna Pathak Shah is also an actress, who is married to actor Naseeruddin Shah.
Supriya is married to actor Pankaj Kapoor.

After a 12 year hiatus from acting, she starred in Sarkar) ( The Indian version of The Godfather) alongside Amitabh Bachchan & Abhishek Bachchan. She also starred in the 1988 French film The Bengali Night alongside Hugh Grant.
In 2003, Supriya and husband both won awards at the MTR Foods Indian Telly Awards for Best Actor in a Comedic role.[1] Supriya always thought of herself as the type of actress to play tragic roles but playing the role of Hansa, for which she won the award changed her perspective.
