Talia Monet (born c.1971) is a Californian bondage model, fetish director, and pornographic actress, who has appeared in over fifty bondage videos. She has appeared in a variety of bondage magazines, such as the Bondage Parade and Love Bondage Gallery magazines published by Harmony Productions.
