Terror Hub

Terror Hub is a term used for regions that have served as centers for some of the key components of terrorism: presence of a geographic network through with terrorist actions can be coordinated along with some of these - shelter and tolerance for terror ideologies, sympathy for terrorists in the local population and administration, educational institutes that promote justification for terrorist activities etc.
