Special Constable Terry Knowles was a character from the long running ITV drama The Bill. SC Knowles arrived at Sun Hill in December 2001 and left in Jaunary 2002 after no more than 3 weeks at Sun Hill. He was killed, whilst on duty, by a woman who he had stopped for a traffic offence.
