Terry Nutkins

Terry Nutkins (born May 12, 1946 in Salford, Lancashire) is an English naturalist, television presenter and author.
He is known for his television appearances, notably in the UK children's programmes Animal Magic and The Really Wild Show. At the age of 15, he lost two fingers to an angry otter called Edal, while working for its owner, and legal guardian Gavin Maxwell.
He formerly owned the abbey at Fort Augustus.
In 2004, he appeared on Living TV's reality television show, I'm Famous and Frightened!.
He is married to Erica Powell, a Leeds-based installation artist and telepresence expert and is now living in an otter sanctuary in the Scottish Highlands.
