Tes Tesfay is an executive producer and co-owner of PaladinEntertainment,formerly known as Paladin Creative Super Co. Tesfay is a driving force behind both Paladin’s unique and original brand of youth and music based television, film & audio content. He also serves as Executive Director of AMP Mrktng. Mr. Tesfay’s innovative views on the future of multi-level branding of music & television content trends have landed him on MSNBC, CNN & PBS.
Executive produced the film “INFAMY” the Graffiti movie directed by critically acclaimed director Doug Pray along with the soundtrack which features Kanye West,KRS 1 & TALIB KWELI. [1] He also is Executive Producer of the soundtrack to the film Hosoi “Rising Son- the Life of a skateboarder” [2] which features Dave Grohl, Queens of the Stone Age and Gnarls Barkley Paladin has released also 2MEX [3] , Awolone [4] & SICK SYMPHONIES.
In 2006, Tes developed and produced the Reality Show “WORMLEY LAW” about iconoclastic criminal attorney Craig “Mr. Stop Snitchin” Wormley ; Created the Comedy/ Sitcom “TWINS” working title- sold to Paramount Television. Previously Tes was the vp at MCA records and ran the rap department behind such key acts as the ROOTS,GZA and many others. previous he was an executive at Red Ant , Sony and DEF JAM RECORDS.
A member of the original management team that launched Paladin, Tes has overseen the creative Content since its inception in 2003 and produced all commercial & video content for AMP MRKTNG and it’s clients.
Tes also has a twin brother Roy Tesfay who is his partner in Paladin, Roy was previously at Deathrow Records, one of the original staff members of that company as Suge Night's assistant, Eventually Roy Sold a script he developed caled Core and has refocused is efforts to Film and television he is the Creator of Wormley Law (reality tv), INDICTED & Twins.
