There is a reference to lethal injection, but Nebraska has had the electric chair as its sole form of capital punishment since this album was released. 216.39.170.107 03:05, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
Nebraska has only executed three people since the death penalty came back in 1976, and only one prisoner was executed by lethal injection - John Jubere, who chose it over the electric chair. This fact alone suggests that this comment is incorrect by virtue of the plural form alone, and since there's no citation, I've removed it. --12.159.132.170 09:10, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

Are you sure this song is about the death of Danny Whitten? Harvest came out in February 1972, and Whitten died in November.
