I don't see why this warrants deletion - it's an unreleased album and it provides a valuable supplement to the Guided by Voices article. It's not a hoax, and the album's genesis is given a thorough description in the band's official biography Hunting Accidents.
There is an entire category devoted to unreleased albums, and many pages detailing such projects, so I'm seeing plenty of precedent for this kind of thing. Anazgnos 18:12, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
