The Scorpions (London band)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Scorpions were formed in 1959 in Battersea, London and released two singles in 1961. Founder members were brothers Ted and John Barber and Mick LeDieu.
They recorded some songs with Joe Meek, that would have been released as the The Ferridays (in honour of Jerry Lee Lewis' birthplace), but these only were released in the 1990s, thanks also to the on-going interest in Joe Meek recordings.
