Third enemy offensive (Serbo-Croatian: Treća neprijateljska ofanziva/ofenziva) was a battle during World War II between Partisans on one side, Chetniks on second side and German, Italian, Ustaša and Croatian Home Guard troops on the third side. It took place in eastern Bosnia, Montenegro, Sandžak, and Herzegovina between March 31 and June 1942.
Axis generals planed this series of operations at Conference in Opatija with goal of crushing large liberated regions Tito's partisans have created after failure of winter offensive. Codename TRIO was given to the operation in eastern Bosnia.
Certain sources mistakenly identify the Battle of Kozara as the Third offensive.
