Written by Ralph Vaughan Williams in June of 1951 for the British Federation of Music Festivals, National Competitive Festival.
Three Shakespear Songs is a set of three pieces, published by Oxford University Press and written for accapella SATB choir. The texts for the set was taken from two of William Shakespeare's famous plays.
