Tod Hanson

Tod Hanson (born in 1983 in the United Kingdom) is a painter and public artist living and working in London.

After studying for a B.A. in graphic design, he took an M.A. in Public Art from Chelsea college of Art, London. Since then, he has done a number of shows both in the UK and abroad. He has made large-scale murals for Greenpeace, painted a number of clubs, bars and restaurants including the Brain Club, in Wardour Street, London in 1991, the London School of Economics and Bar Rouge at the Swiss Expo 2002, and the Messe tower, Basel 2003 as well as making several large scale public art projects in London and Newcastle.
He has had solo shows in a number of galleries including The Foundry and the Rich and famous gallery.
He has worked in collaboration with performance artists Chris Brook & Bruce Gilchrist.
