Tolga Safer

Tolga Safer (born June 26, 1982) is a British actor who is best known for playing Igor Karkaroff's Aide in the movie version of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
His character in Goblet of Fire was created for him after he auditioned for the role of Viktor Krum, but lost out to Stanislav Ianevski.[1]
He was born in London and is of Cypriot descent.
