Tom MacRae

Tom MacRae is a television writer. He is the creator of Sky One’s Mile High and the Channel 4 series As If. He has also written for Channel 4's No Angels.
He wrote the two-part story Rise of the Cybermen and The Age of Steel for the 2006 series of Doctor Who.
He has also written a book for children called The Opposite and an episode for BBC 1's Mayo starring Alistair McGowan. He is currently writing Marple for ITV1, and was nominated for a BAFTA in 2002 for 'Off Limits: School's Out' for Channel 4.
He lives in West London, and is an inveterate collector of Transformers and He-Man toys.
