TOPdesk

TOPdesk is the creator and developer of the service desk application TOPdesk.
TOPdesk employs 170 people; the head office is in Delft, the Netherlands and branches operate in London and in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Partner organisations are also in both France and Brazil.
TOPdesk has years of experience in service management. The first TOPdesk version in DOS/Clipper was released in 1993. TOPdesk began as the software branch of the Operator Groep Delft (OGD), but became independent in 1997. TOPdesk has since focused exclusively on the service desk application TOPdesk.
TOPdesk is a help desk registration application in the area of facilities and ICT management, complaints registration and service support. TOPdesk supports the ITIL processes and has been implemented more than 2000 times world wide.
The TOPdesk applications include:
- TOPdesk Lite
- TOPdesk Professional
- TOPdesk Enterprise
These applications come equipped with extra functions such as a web server, which enables the running of TOPdesk from a browser.
