TP-3: Reloaded, R. Kelly's 7th solo effort, is the self-proclaimed "Pied Piper" of R&B's third installment to the 12 Play series (which include the chart topping 12 Play & TP-2.com) that features the five part song/video "Trapped in the Closet," the story of a husband who finds out that his wife is having a scandalous affair with R. Kelly. The album proved to be a first week success debuting at #1 on the charts selling over 491,000 copies. It remained #1 for a second week with sales of 100,000+ copies. Going Gold within two weeks, and eventually Platinum, TP-3: Reloaded quickly became R. Kelly's 5th career Billboard #1 album and his 9th Top 5 debut further supporting his reputation as the top R&B performer of our time. Since its release in 2005 TP-3: Reloaded has gone on to sell 2 million copies in the U.S.
