[edit] Beast Wars
"As Beast Wars and Beast Machines are officially set in neither the comic nor cartoon universe"? since when the show takes place in the G1 toon, as shown with Optimus Prime, the Ark, Starscream, Megatron, and the last year of the show?
The line initially was that it was set in a universe that merged elements of both (the recent Beast Wars vol 1 has a character history that mentions the Liege Maximo, for example) but as time went on it was obvious that it was set in the Gen 1 universe. That's probably where the confusion comes from.SMegatron 18:56, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
- Beast Wars (and Beast Machines) offically takes place in the Original Series cartoon but borrows lots of ideas and stoylines from other transformer lore as well. --The Matrix Prime 05:09, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
