Trends in Endocrinology and Metabolism

Trends in Endocrinology and Metabolism (ISSN 1043-2760) is a monthly review journal that was launched in 1989 and is one of fourteen Trends titles in the life sciences published by Elsevier. The journal highlights topics at the cutting edge of endocrinology, covering both clinical and research aspects of the field, from state-of-the-art treatments of endocrine diseases to new developments in molecular biology, thus serving as a source of information for readers of every level.
Each issue contains an Update section, which provides succinct summaries of recent developments, an Opinion section, with scope for hypothesis and personal perspectives, and the Review section, which provides concise, lively and timely reviews aimed at non-specialists and experts alike. Articles are written by leaders in their field and are peer-reviewed before publication to ensure that articles are of high scientific quality.
