Trident Racing
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Trident Racing are a GP2 team from San Pietro Mosezzo, Italy. They were formed in 2006 as a brand new team, and entered in the GP2 series of that same year, with the drivers Gianmaria Bruni and Andreas Zuber. Trident's team principal is Allessandro Alunni Bravi. They earned the right to compete in GP2 as they were deemed the most promising of three finalists who made it through to the final stage of the selection of 13th team on the grid. "Trident Racing put forward a proposal which promised strong sporting and engineering excellence," according to Bruno Michel, the GP2 series organizer. "Trident's proposal could not be overlooked, and I am very happy to welcome them to the GP2 family."
