[edit] Summary
Source of Image: Google Maps
Copyright Information: Copyright 2006 by Google and NAVTEQ
Summary: This is a Google Maps satellite image. A screenshot was made using Macintosh Grab software, creating a TIFF file which was further cropped and exported to a JPG in Photoshop.
Fair Use Rationale:
1. This image is being used for an educational and nonprofit purpose on Wikipedia. This image is fair use in the article Turtle Rock Elementary because, as a satellite image of Turtle Rock Elementary, it provides a view of the school to complement the article.
2. As it is simply a cropped part of a Google Maps image, this image thus represents a very small amount of the whole and does not provide the services that Google Maps does.
3. The image is a small part of the entire portion.
4. The image will not replace Google Maps' service.
