- Twin city or twin town may refer to
- Twin cities: two towns or cities that are geographically close to each other, and often referred to collectively.
- The Twin Cities- most often used to describe the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area in Minnesota, United States.
- The Twin Ports- Duluth, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin, United States.
- Town twinning or sister cities: two distant cities agree to partner each other, for various reasons.

- A twin prime is a prime number that differs from another prime number by two.
- Two crystallites which share atoms at repeated intervals and have only a minor difference in orientation. These meet at a twin boundary.
