The ByrdBrains is a tribute band based in Portland, Oregon whose music is dedicated to recall songs and atmospheres sixties of the Byrds known in order to have launch in key folk rock versions of some songs of Bob Dylan (Mr. Tambourine Man and My Back Pages, etc.).
The line up features:
- Iain McLennon - Founder of the group, guitar Rickenbacker twelve-strings, Phantom© nine-strings, lead vocal and background vocal
- Alex Bay - drum and percussions
- Rich Wahne - guitar Fender Jazz Bass, lead vocal and background vocal
- John Heyworth - guitars Air For II twelve-strings, Epiphone Casino, Fender Stratocaster, lead vocal and background vocal
- Patrick Munson - guitars Dekley pedal steel, Fender lap steel and Fender Telecaster, lead vocal and background vocal
Theirs performances in concert come distributed through Internet .
