Udayon is a 2005 Malayalam action movie starring Mohanlal and directed by Bhadran with the superstar in a dual role.

Mohanlal takes over both the roles of 75 year old father Suranadu Kunju and his son Papoyi. Kunju thinks that the heartbeat of earth is in soil and not maths. Telungu actress Laya acts as heroine in this film. The only difference seen in this film is that Mohanlal does the role of both villain (father) and hero(son). Kalabhan Mani who usually does comedy roles is the other villain in this film. The film didn't become a success because of a couple of reasons. The punch dialogues are "Jeevante sphandanam kanakillalla mannil aanu" and "Adi sakke".
