To regular players the map is known to be balanced in strange ways which many people sees it as balanced. It was originally derived from a version of Footmen Frenzy, but has since diverged significantly, adding a variety of original heroes, abilities, and spell, It has often had large delays between releases, prompting speculation that the series was dead. The map was originally created by a gamer with the username VG_Emblem. However, after VG_Emblem enlist the help of another gamer with the username MrApples. Shortly after VG_Emblem and MrApples released "Ultimate Footmen .75" the map had became a big hit among gamers. However after the release of v0.79c, MrApples and VG_Emblem split apart.
