Photo of VTA Light Rail car manufactured by Urban Transit Development Corporation. The fleet of UTDC was in use on the system until they were replaced by low floor light rail vehicles manufactured by Kinki Sharyo.
Photo was taken by Larry Marschall in July 1997. It was obtained from the website www.lightrail.com. Image is being used under fair use to develop a greater understanding of the VTA light rail system and North American light rail systems in general. Permission to use images for this purpose has been expressly granted by the owner of the image. [3]
