10 centavo paper fiat money note issued by the Chihuahua state government during the anti-Huerta Constitutionalist rebellion in 1913. The text reads "General Treasury Of The State. Presenting (this note) is valid, to the bearer, for 10 cents. Chihuahua, December 10, 1913. The Provisional Governor Of The State, General Francisco Villa". The interventor countersignature is that of Manuel Chao, who succeeded Villa as Governor.
