Vincent Cole Brisby (born January 25, 1971 in Houston, Texas), is a former American professional football player who was selected by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 1993 NFL Draft. A 6"3", 193 lbs. wide receiver from Northeast Louisiana University (now called University of Louisana at Monroe), Brisby played in eight NFL seasons from 1993-2000 for the Patriots and New York Jets.
