State Route 174 is a primary state highway in and near Martinsville, Virginia, United States. It forms a loop from U.S. Route 220 Business in Collinsville east and south to State Route 457 in Martinsville. It is signed as Kings Mountain Road in Henry County and Liberty Street in Martinsville.
