It should not be deleted as it is one of the only few websites and articles existing about Suzuki Vitara and it's history. Vitara Club of the Philippines comprises of several hundred potential members that may seek information regarding Suzuki and its sub brands.
Some may deemed it inapproriate in Wikipedia, but we as Offroaders and Suzuki enthusiasts in the Philippines would like to have a representation in this wonderful free encyclopedia on the net.

While I understand that you want somewhere to record the Vitara club this particular topic does seem to cross the line in a number of ways.
Perhaps we could consider leaving most of the article intact, but removing the stuff under the 'vitara bible'? It is that section which appears most to go against the purpose of the wikipedia.
