Wall to Wall

Wall to Wall is a British television production company best known for its short-run and one-off historical and science documentaries. It also makes the popular UK drama series New Tricks and a host of award-winning single dramas such as Elizabeth David - A Life in Recipes. It was founded in 1987 by Alex Graham.
Most of their commisions come from the UK broadcasters such as, the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV, they also make shows for US networks Discovery, NG and FX.
They are a pioneer of the historical reality format, in which volunteers live according to the conditions of earlier periods of history. Following the unexpected success of The 1900s House, Wall to Wall has since made The 1940s House, The Edwardian Country House, Regency House Party, Frontier House and The Colonial House (UK title Pioneer House). All of these series have been broadcast on UK Channel 4 and the US PBS.
Their most well-known UK documentary is the multi award-winning Who Do You Think You Are? for the BBC, of which series 4 is currently in production.
