He is given a tour of the UN Security Council Chamber by UN official Grid Rroji. He asks his guide why Michael Jordan has a seat on the UN, and why Africa doesn't. He brings Guinea's and Jordan's status as real countries into question. He leaves a note for the upcoming council meeting on Iraq:

In this segment, he compares God to David Blaine and his friend Dave who allegedly has a 9-inch penis, confuses Jesus Christ with Santa Claus ("Why did he go around with all those reindeers?"), and asks Freundel if he would marry Foxy Brown even if she did not share his Jewish faith.
[edit] Borat's Guide to Etiquette
Borat visits the deep South to learn about American etiquette. Etiquette coach Helen Pye gives him advice to teach him "how to be a manners". He then attends a St. Andrew's Society Dinner in Charleston and a Sons of the American Revolution Dinner in Georgia.
Pye suggests that he speak of pleasant things, hobbies, good things about his family, and not what would make someone embarrassed or uncomfortable at the table. He goes on to bring up that his wife is dead, that the previous night he had sex with a Gambian woman, that he enjoys porno (especially shaved pussy), that his sister is a prostitute ("because she like to make money... high five!"), and that he smells a fart (and offers to make another).

Ali G interviews General Brent Scowcroft, the US National Security Advisor from 1982-1989. He asks Scowcroft if he ever thought about changing sides during the Vietnam War, whether the US should nuke Canada, if he ever met General Schwarzkopf or General Motors, and if they ever caught the people that sent tampax through the post (an attempted reference to the 2001 anthrax attacks).
