Waszkowo

Waszkowo (German: Wasche) is a village in western Poland with about 160 inhabitants (2006).
Situated in the Greater Poland Voivodship (since 1999), in Poniec municipality, GostyĆ county, formerly in Leszno Voivodship (1975-1998).

The village is locally known for its early renaissance church. The church was originally founded as an Evangelic temple but later it became Roman Catholic.
