For some reason the album was originally released without the name "Traffic" anywhere on it; instead it was credited to the seven individual musicians.
I'd have to assume that music is a business, and that the name Traffic carries contractural elements to it that they didn't want or intend, particularly with Dave Mason involved, and doing two of his solo tunes. But then again, I don't know if this counted toward any obligations under any contracts to record companies. Perhaps it did count for that record company purposes, but they didn't want to have any other entanglements, so it was marketed without the Traffic name or logo, but the record company was happy just have something to put out.
