I have asperger's syndrome. I only signed up this account so it would no longer look like some random IP address "vandalizing" the asperger page, because that was very much not my intent. Yes, I edited the page a few more times than I would have liked to, going through some indecision and trial and error to learn to use the "edit summary" function properly so others would know why I kept making the same edit. The truth is anyone can find any line from any study and push any particular bias into the forefront of any article on Wikipedia. I very thoroughly disagree with the line or two that I removed, and I've known a number of Aspies and would not consider this part of the population to be psychopaths. Those with Asperger's don't often succinctly fire on all cylinders when it comes to articulating just how the disorder affects them, and thus they sometimes need to show an article or two to friends, family, employers, etc. to get these individuals on the same page. Stating that Aspies are prone to psychotic episodes in adulthood, and being towards the BEGINNING of the article is not only a gross exaggeration, it is defamatory. I do agree 110% on being more prone to depression, but those who experience "psychotic episodes" are very much in the minority.
