West Fort

West Fort is an important square (junction) in Thrissur City of Kerala state, south India. In the local language (Malayalam) it is called Padinjare Kotta. The speciality is, six roads met at this square. It is rare in India itself.
The Government Mental Hospital is situated there. The road to the Collectorate, Court and Law College starts from the junction. The Municipal Corporation is planning to establish a private bus station there in the near future.
