Wikipedia:WikiProject Apple
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Some Wikipedians have formed a project to improve articles that relate to Apple, the computer company that makes the Macintosh. Formerly WikiProject Macintosh, this project aims to move quickly and improve articles while wasting minimal time on bureaucracy. We are currently working on the Apple II series article; this focus article is to be changed as needed and rather frequently; "stale" articles should be replaced.

Information comes from somewhere. Here are some good sources to use when writing articles (feel free to add any).
- Apple.com—the only official source of Apple information, but it won't tell you anything about discontinued models.
- Support Specifications more specific url (early 2007).
- apple-history.com-Extensive unofficial list of virtually all of Apple's products including specs and background. Could come in handy, eh?
- oldcomputers.net "The Obselete Technology Website", has Apple I, Apple II, Apple III, Apple Lisa, Apple III Plus, Apple Macintosh (128K & 512K), Apple IIc, Apple IIGS, Apple IIc Plus, & Macintosh Portable.
- Jagwerks Media Commercial site, but good depth of information. Only goes back to Lisa.
