Wilfrid Marcel Agnès

Wilfred Marcel Agnès is a Canadian diplomat. He was the Chargé d'Affaires ad interim to Haiti (1974-1976), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Djibouti and concurrently to Ethiopia (1981-1984).
