Wilson Kiprugut (born 1938) is a former Kenyan athlete who competed mainly in the 800 metres.
He competed at the 1964 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan in where he won the bronze medal. Four years later at the 1968 Summer Olympics held in Mexico City, Mexico he improved one place to win the silver medal.
He won two gold medals (400 & 800 metres) at the inaugural All-Africa Games
