[edit] The Lovely Bones in Russian
Спасебо болше for putting that interwiki link in ... the very first it's gotten in a year and a half.
I'm flattered for two reasons: one, I created the article and wrote most of it, the very first long, major article I wrote; two, Russian is my best second language.
I will have to read the Kommersant review ... I'm surprised it was only just recently translated and published in Russian. Moлoдeц to the translator for sticking with the original title. The French, German and Italian translations all carry lamer titles, usually built around "angel".
So it's милиe in Russian? Based on the English usage I would have gone with пpeкpacниe, but maybe the former sounds better in Russian.
I love the cover art for the Russian version, too
Once again, thank you very much. Daniel Case 02:26, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
