The Women's Commission for Refugee Women and Children (WCRWC) is a non-governmental organization based in New York City. The WCRWC's mission is to improve the lives and defend the rights of refugee and internally displaced women, youth and children around the world.
The Women’s Commission researches and conducts field visits to assess the situation of refugee women, youth and children, and identifies and documents this group's key issues and needs. Partnering with policy makers, donors and organizations that work directly with refugees, the Women's Commission advocates for the implementation of policies and practices that will lead to long term change.

The Women's Commission consults directly with refugee women, youth and children and works to ensure that their voices are taken into account in the decision-making process.
The Women’s Commission focuses its advocacy efforts in four areas:
