From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Xavax is an American corporation engaged in custom software and hardware development. Xavax was founded in 1989 in Huntsville, Alabama and is currently headquartered in Marietta, Georgia. Xavax does not currently market any commercial products but has released several products as open source including XFaces and XStore.
XFaces is an open source set of custom Java Server Faces (JSF) components that augment the standard set of JSF components. XFaces makes it easier to control form layout, organize data in a manner that is easy for a user to navigate and understand, and achieve a desired appearance.
XStore is an open source framework for persisting objects in a database. The primary goal of XStore is to combine the programming simplicity of an object-oriented database with the availability (or commercial acceptability) of a relational database. The XStore API resembles and operates like an object-oriented database but it uses a relational database as a storage engine. Any relational database with a JDBC driver is supported.
