I have blocked you from editing Wikipedia for 1 month for disruption, and your refusal to co-operate in the community, in light of your personal attacks (including in edit summaries). You have been warned repeatedly and blocked repeatedly in the past, hence why you have a longer block this time. Please do not return to editing Wikipedia unless you are willing to participate in a meaningful and civil fashion. - Mark 04:59, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
- Further to our discussion via private message on IRC, I accept your undertaking not to use grave personal insults anywhere on Wikipedia in future, and have unblocked you. - Mark 05:09, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Blocked unfairly?
This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | unblock | contribs) asked to be unblocked, but an administrator or other user has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators or users can also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). This unblock request continues to be visible. Do not replace this message with another unblock request nor add another unblock request.
Request reason: "I feel I have been blocked unfairly. An anonymous IP address kept reverting my talk page when I blanked it - something I was under the impression I was allowed to do. I insulted this person in my talk page's edit summary box when I reverted it, which was obviously a mistake. An admin, User:Mark, blocked me for this for a period of one month. However, we resolved this issue. Immediately after, User:Alkivar blocked me again - but I had done nothing since being unblocked by Mark! The block this time was indefinitely. A look at my contributions will show that I am now a constructive user to the community, which is why I feel being blocked forever, especially after having the reason I was blocked for resolved, is unnecessary. To be quite frank, this seriously feels like power abuse. Alkivar also banned me from the #wikipedia IRC channel, but I didn't really do anything wrong there either - a look at any logs of this channel should confirm this, but unfortunately I do not think it is logged. As seen on my User contributions page, for the past several months I have been a legitimate user of Wikipedia, abiding by its rules and policies. Great examples of my contributions in recent days have been fixing the Shelby Young article to be NPOV, reverting vandalism on the Antibiotic article, and even putting the effort into creating a large article, List_of_German_LazyTown_episodes. I even took and uploaded every one of those screenshots to Wikipedia myself just for this and the English version of this article."
Decline reason: "No, sorry. We have given you plenty of second chances for you to turn your behavior around, and look what happens. An E-mail to Alkivar is the only way for you to be granted an unblock. However, your positive impacts have no merit based on your personal attacks. —Pilotguy push to talk 21:56, 7 February 2007 (UTC)"
This template should be removed when the block has expired, or after 2 days in the case of blocks of 1 week or longer.

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):
I accept that it was inappropriate to immediately reblock the user when he has been already blocked for the same thing and the block has been removed. However, the incivility definitely shouldn't go unpunished, at least given the user's behavior in the past.
I am reducing the block length to one week. Take it as your final warning; the next case of incivility, vandalism, or other disruption will result in the permanent block being enforced.

[edit] Just read
Just read his history, he has been blocked several times from wikipedia by different admins. Then he swears it's his last time being bad and within a week, presto blocked again.
