Yellandu is a town and a nagar panchayat in Khammam district in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is home of the Singareni Colleries Company Limited, a coal mining company.

The main schools in Yellandu are 1.Singareni Collieries High School - Place with experianced teachers Singareni Collieries High School popularly known as S.C.High School started way back in 1977 to provide good education for the children working for Singareni Collieries Coal Mines. As years passed by this School which started at JK Colony became a good English Medium School for the whole town.
