Mr. Capone-E es un polémico artista de rap Chicano procedente de Los Angeles, California, conocido especialmente por su disputa con su socio, el también rapero chicano Capone y por asociarse con Nate Dogg. Su música está inspirada por artistas como N.W.A. y Lil Rob.
