Talk:Fabs
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
FABS are a well known Scottish band one of the biggest and most popular bands over there, why would u delete it?
- You might want to look at the standards at WP:MUSIC. A band that will release an album is a lot less notable than one that already has. Fan-1967 22:18, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
I've got a Fabs CD single, 2 FABS vynils and got most of their songs from iTunes, they are huge on the net and very popular in Scotland/UK, you shouldn't delete their page only cos their album hasnt come out yet...

- No put the article shoukld be deleted for failing WP:NPOV, WP:NOR, WP:COI, WP:V and WP:N. Just saying their notable and littering the article with Weasel words and unverifiable claims doesn't cut it. The Kinslayer 11:11, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] FABS have been featured in multiple non-trivial published works in reliable and reputable media such as "The Daily Mail", "The Scottish Sun" , "The Daily Star" and front page of "The Press and Journal
this should meet your notability criteria:

- It;s not enough to just say it, you have to prove it, and if it's not proven in the next week I'm removing the 'notable' mentions. The Kinslayer 11:04, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] FABS on iTunes link
thought I might add this too...
[edit] POV?
The article reads like a commercial for FABS, written by a band member or perhaps their manager. While I wouldn't suggest deleting the article on grounds of immateriality, it needs to be greatly improved. -Larry Siegel
