Faegre & Benson LLP is a law firm which has its head office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. It is one of the largest law firms based in Minnesota with 500 attorneys^[1]. It was founded in 1886 as Cobb & Wheelwright, and has offices in the U.S. states of Colorado and Iowa, and has international offices in London, England, Frankfurt, Germany, and Shanghai, China. The firm is generally regarded as one of the top firms in Minnesota, and ranks among the top firms in the Midwest.^[2].
