Farm to Market Road 529, or FM 529, is a state highway in the U.S. state of Texas. FM 529 from US 290 to the future SH 99 is technically classified as UR 529 since 1995. [1] However it is still designated as FM 529 on the signs along this portion of the route.

From its creation in 1945 until 1963 it was only 7.0 miles long extending from US 290 to the "oil field". From 1945-1964 FM 529 was located entirely in Harris County.[1]
